Favorite sushi of all time?

I've got a hankering for sushi. What is y'alls favorite? I don't eat it often because it's expensive but every pay period or at least every other I treat myself to some. I order 6 rolls every time. Occasionally 8. So name at least your top 10 favorites if you would.

I did once have this battered/deep fried roll at a place in SA and it was real

Oh dang, I like anything with tempura on it. That stuff is good. Up here they have the jalapeno roll. I don't know if you've seen em down there but dang they're good. Deep fat fried,stuffed with cream cheese and crab meat. Son of a gun they're good.

I haven't really ventured into the Sashimi. That's a slice of fish or whatever meat on the rice correct? I ain't never seen one so I don't know what Sashimi is. I'll try it for sure I just haven't so far.

Sashimi is raw fish meat only. Never with anything like rice. Ginger or Wasabi to compliment the palate. It's actually the definition of the word.

Sushi is any food with the vinaigrette rice. White or brown. Doesn't even mean the dish includes fish. Also definition of the word.

Many are unclear, especially in the USA South and sometimes create their own terms.

That sushi is the bomb no matter where you get it.
