Default Brain Trust help-truck value

So I need some help trying to determine a fair price on a truck I am going to sell. It was my dads truck and since he can’t drive anymore and it’s been just sitting in my driveway I think it’s time to let it go

2005 Dodge 1500
4.7 V8
Automatic
Manuel window/locks
Miles 41,949 (yes that is correct mileage)

I believe it has just been in one accident and we had the dodge dealership do the repairs (no frame damage ) I believe a fender and a couple suspension components

There are some scratches and the interior needs a really good detail

I will do a tune up/oil change before I sell it

Any ideas on the value would be much appreciated

Trade value $7,000, private party about $9500 according to Kelley Blue Book. Might be more in today's market though.

No idea what an ‘05 with a low mileage gas engine is worth, but I bought an 05 with a 5.9 with 280,000 miles on it last summer for 11K.

I figure it has to have a decent value considering no one makes a regular cab short bed V8 anymore but really no idea on what that may be

Compare it to some other vehicles for sale on this site and it should be worth $20,000

Lower it, put some 22 inch wheels and tires on it and you will get 20k in Garland.
