My JRT’s name is Sergeant Buster K. Brown, but we call him Sarge. Sarge would be a great name for a police canine.

PS: the “K” is for KILLER !

Default Unique K9 Names

We got two dog a few years back. We named the Ciro and Rico.

Where are you getting your dog from?

Edit. I see where you’ve already answered that.

Ours came from Holland and we’re already named.

I just had my last one put down at the end of June, a lab I got from another member on here. Her name was "Pickles", Miss Pickles. Before that, I had a Golden named "S.O.S." which stood for "Son Of Scotty". I called him "Sauce" for short. And his daddy was "Scotty", as in "Beam me up Scotty". He was one bird/duck driven dog!

My choice is first get dog and see what “kinda sticks out to you on first impression “.
Then , if it’s color, size shape or whatever, I’d look for a short name in foreign language that describes him. I’ve known others who did this with police dogs.
Just a suggestion.
