Default I really Love the forum, But..........

Can someone one make it easier or more obvious how to post pictures? Over the years I cant tell you how many times I have seen people wanting to post pictures, myself included, and have not been able to. There has to be an easier way. I have been able to post, but every time I have to research how to do it. I work for a high tech company and I still have problems with it.
Maybe I just don't post pictures enough, i guess. Thanks if anything can be done. I am prepared to be bashed.

Tapatalk app from your phone is the easiest way. You have to resize them down to post from a computer. It's been years since I've done that.

Someone should make a step by step video and sticky it.
OP it's not difficult, but it is a PIA.

From your phone just take a screen shot of the photo and post that.

From an iPhone pic, email it to yourself size “medium,” open the email, re-save the pic, and post.

Resize from the computer?? People still use those.
I'm joking, but kinda not. I think the majority of people use phones for everything, including pictures

I usually just take a screenshot, of the picture I want to post and it loads up just fine

I hit go advanced, then manage attatchments, from there you go to the next page automatically, where you are prompted to choose a file from your pc, iPad or phone. Upload it, follow the prompts to finish posting it to the thread. Sounds much more complicated than it really is.

This right here.^ Sometimes it won't allow me to upload a picture I've taken with my phone, but as stated above, I take a screenshot and post that.

This is the easiest way I’ve found for posting pictures from an iPhone.

1. Open TexasBowhunter in safari.
2. Click on new thread or reply(where ever you are wanting to post a picture.
3. Click on the paper clip attachment.
4. Click on Choose File.
5. Choose Photo library.
6. Select picture from your camera roll.
7. Bottom of picture it will say actual size.
8. Click on actual size and select Large or Medium.
9. Click on Upload.
10. Click on close this window.
11. Click on preview post to see picture.
12. Click on Submit Reply.

You could also use a image hosting website and them embed the image. That is typically what I do.

The “easiest way”. Shouldn’t be a 12 step program.

Lol....

Yeah, I could’ve definitely worded that different.

In my mind, what I meant was it has been the most consistent, without any trouble posting. Lol

I stopped using Tapatalk Pro sometime ago. Didn’t seem to work right all the time. It got frustrating.

Wow, the 12 step one is the way I have done it in the past and it was way too involved. I think I am going to try tappatalk app.

Thanks everyone.

This is the only sight I have issues posting pictures also. I didn’t for years, but ever sense that “ sign in” shows every time. ( I know how to bypass it now) I will go a long time and pictures won’t post no matter what I try. Then all of a sudden I will get a couple to post. Then back to impossible to post. Don’t do anything different, so not sure what’s going on.

IMO the entire forum structure online is a pain. It’s all online forums, not just TBH.

Download the Tapatalk app and do it on your phone. Game changer.

Click the picture, click the size, click post. Done

From my computer, spot on every time I can load a picture....well most of the time.

From my IPhone, it is a hit and miss proposition, some times on the same pic. I do not know what the difference is. It will give me a "Did not load file" prompt....well no joke!
I have never seen the "pic size" when I try to post a pic.

You guys using the free version of taptalk or the paid version? I posted a couple pictures a while ago with the free version but the photo size limit made the pictures crappy

Haha!! I was under the impression that if you put (graphic) in the title, you can post whatever you want. I honestly forgot it shows a preview pic on Tapatalk so everyone’s gotta see it. Hopefully it gets better and pics can stop. Unless slick asks for more update photos. Lol
