My Cliff Clavin is showing...I read an article yesterday that stated the human mind can't really grasp the difference between million, billion, and trillion. It broke them down to seconds and a million seconds is 11.5 days.

A billion seconds is 31.75 years. There's some TBHers that haven't been around for that long!

A billion is a thousand million. A trillion is a thousand billion. I guess that means a trillion is a million million. Kind of hard to wrap my head around sometimes.

30 years ago, I bid construction projects that were $100,000. I remember winning my first $1,000,000 project. And winning my first $100,000,000 project. The last two I won were each well over $10 billion. So I can grasp big numbers. But trillions? Nope. That's just stupid money that we could never hope to repay.
