I had an appointment at 9:00 am. Looked down and I was going 57 in a 55. Cops nowhere to be found! This is when the departments are purportedly fully funded!

It’s a shame that you can’t find a cop when you’re breaking the law so grievously. Why, last year I tore the tag off of a mattress and there was nobody there to arrest me. The shame of it all ! -

I saw you speeding right by me and I called 9-1-1 to report it. I can’t believe they didn’t sent to squad cars, a K-9 unit, and SWAT to come and arrest you!
