Wild Duck Hearts/Gizzards

It's a bit late since season is over but I finally discovered how good wild duck hearts and gizzards are... man. I've been missing out for so long and I bet a lot of you guys/gals have also. Here is a simple recipe. Give it a try next time and I highly recommend making this very simple pate/spread with it.
