Tonight’s dinner

I told my wife I would cook dinner tonight. So I pulled out a fillet of fresh Red Snapper that I caught a few weeks ago before the Hurricane. I Blackened the Snapper and the Shrimp and laid it over a bed of brown rice and we had
a cucumber salad for the side.
