Looked like a pretty much perfect quartering away shot. Steep angle because of short distance. Arra lodged in off side leg n probably broke it. If you were real lucky, he didn’t snap your arra off with his flailing run but high likelihood he broke it.

My guess....shot through the heart dead in the tree or just past it right there on the left..

Well, there’s really no fooling y’all on this one.

Pump house destroyed
Great blood trail
Buried in off shoulder
Arrow was not damaged (a testament to Easton Injexions)

The only surprise for me was I could not find him after last blood on this little creek bank. Finally spotted him in the water.

Aw man, just seeing this. I didn't expect him to make it 20 yards. Doesn't get any better than that. Of course, he was close enough you probably could have just stuck the arrow anywhere you wanted without the bow.
