Trying to search of one of these to attach a safety cable from the boat to the trailer but I don’t know what this is. Anyone help?
Thanks!

Also known as D-Ring shackle. Not sure if it’s a size difference but those two descriptions ought to get you there.

D Ring Shackle. Shackles have a thread system whereas Clevis' have a rotating pin held by a pull ring or cotter pin on the end in more of an Omega shape.

You want a "Galvanized Anchor Shackle" for your application.
