4" angle grinder with a Blue striper pad from Home Depot...and spray paint.

maybe you can put the roof on the back on a hinge. that way you can drop it down and lock it while towing and when you get to where you are going raise it up and put your posts up.

yep, I am putting aspalt tar under the floor and around the inside of the wheel wells. Just have not done the wheel wells yet

Looks great, have you considered covering the inside of the wheel wells with sheet metal? that's a rough area.
