    Las Vegas reopening June 4th

Looks like Vegas will reopen soon. Bellagio , NY NY, Cosmopolitan, Caesars, Flamingo, Venetian, Wynn, the D downtown, Golden Gate downtown, and several off strip casinos will open June 4th. Staff will be required to wear gloves and mask. Restaurants will require reservations. Also Southwest flights are dirt cheap right now. Just booked our flight round trip with the early bird for $495.

That's good to hear...unfortunately it's a couple of months past due IMO.

Somehow it just doesn’t sound like fun with the restrictions, I’m sure you will be watched like a thief only for something has nothing to do with theft.
      Report back after your trip.

$495 seems high for Vegas flights

Our high roller buddy is already booked. Poor guy has had a nervous itch since they shut down.

My parents went to LOuisana to several casinos. Pops was mad. Said he had to get drinks from nothing but church girls wearing pants and a long sleeve shirt and a dude. Said he ain’t going back until the A list is back working wearing underwear serving drinks. It’s funny they go once a week and my Dad in his 80s still acts like a kid

It is. Glad to see them getting back to business. Hopefully full speed ahead is in sight.

Seems like a deal to me, I paid 1300 a person when we flew in for the NFR this year. Out of corpus booked two months in advance. I’ve never had any luck finding cheap flights to Vegas, I must be looking in the wrong places.

I usually fly United and upgrade to Economy Plus for the larger seats and leg room. Usually cost around $1300 or so round trip , 2 people, plus $100 for checked bags. So $395 for 2 people round trip, $100 for early bird check in and free bags seems like a good deal to me. I also always fly mid day and not at off times.

I is. My flight that I canceled when all this started was with United and I have a credit for close to $1500. Would have rescheduled with them but they don’t have many flights on the days I’m traveling and even fewer non stop flights. $395 is a bargain to me.
