No offense but is that a high fence bull?

Curious as well, I am not aware of any high fence places in Colorado but it’s possible I suppose.
I stand corrected, I searched it and sure enough there are some.

I thought they close all of them for CWD. I know one up here in Evergreen ( not hunting, but elk ranch) closed a few years back. And I thought I heard they forced them all to close.

Keyah grande by Pagosa still does hunts. There is also one in Hesperus by the old fort Lewis campus that does hunts also. There are also a couple of private individuals with them that people shoot a bull or cow for a modest fee 😁
