What’s a burrito? Those small fried things filled with meat and beans? Or do y’all mean a breakfast taco?

We got it the first 10000000 times the great BoB came onto a burrito thread and made a stink about them being called tacos. Think you could just scurry back to your Rock n Roll threads and have a great day and leave us burrito eaters alone.

I can't stand it. I much prefer sausage the american/right way. I know I'm wrong as all my kids love it as does the rest of the family. It's just not for me.....neither is Whataburger. Just not good eats for me. Carnitas for the win!!!!

I made a chorizo queso dip one time. When I cooked the chorizo it melted into a meat suspended in grease. It is very greasy. You eat it straight & I bet your cholesterol will go up several clicks

growing up we had no A/c and the windows in our home were only covered with screen to keep the bugs out and the home fresh, and my Dad would like to cook him some chorizo but he liked his a little on the burnt side toasty. you could smell it from a couple houses down the block! God rest his soul!

We made some pork and deer chorizo a few weeks ago and it is really good. We make tacos with it and add it to our chili.

Venison chorizo is da bomb! Lately I’ve been using Bellville. Great flavor and not too greasy. One of our fav and super easy meals is chorizo tostadas. Cook the chorizo fully, mix with Goya refried beans 50/50 and smother on a crispy tostada, top with your favorite toppings. For me avocado and fresh Cotija cheese!
