So...you framed the exterior with metal and 2x4 interior? What kinda insulation on the exterior walls?

Also, what is the size of the extended porch? I plan on doing that on my next house in a few years.

City utils or well/septic tank? I'm looking for land as far from the cities as possible but I keep hearing how expensive drilling a well can be.

still need plumbing vented out the roof. Had a buddy just do one recently and vented into the attic and I told him he was gunna have issues but he didn't listen. We shall see.
