Wyoming general here, going for the last 12 days of September

Good luck. We went up in the Snowies to cut some firewood yesterday. It is nice and green but was hot and a little dry. Good rain coming today through Sunday we hope.
Lots of huckleberries though, grouse hunting might be good this year.

Cow elk hunting with rifle mid Sept for us this year, private access with ,limited bull hunting in Oct.

Good luck folks, elk might be bugling early if we get some cloudy, cool days going into Sept.

Yep we shouldn’t be far from each other. The guy hunting with me hunted one of the 16 units last year. He’s a lucky son of a gun when it comes to drawing hence why I drew our tag in AZ.
