      I've eaten many hogs. All great with the exception of one. Just do your due diligence and if it stinks, don't eat it.

              I mean, you're supposed to cook all pork all the way through. Also funny some use this as an excuse to kill and waste them, it's no different than commercial pork.

                  I will say this, I will stop giving the dogs raw hog scraps now they will be cooked or boiled down for them. They're still getting the leg bones though!

                    Agree. I gut shoot them just like coyotes. As cheap as pork is why would anyone even touch one of those nasty things?

                      I don't gut shoot anything on purpose. Not saying it hasn't happened on running hogs or yotes, but not on purpose. I don't eat hogs (or coyotes) but I try to kill them DRT.
