      Looks good to me.

Did these come out of the guad?

      Do they even have scales?

I prefer to skin them, dip in egg batter then shake in a bag of finely smashed corn flakes ( the non sugar coated ones.) The fry in oil.

I lay them open skin down, sprinkle with lemon pepper and then put thinly slice lemon on top.

                  I typically cook head on.

Thanks guys. They were caught yesterday. Gonna freeze some, wont be home till Monday, they are on the fridge now. You think they will be fine till Monday to vacuum seal? I heard don’t freeze them in water. Or should I freeze them in bags now?

DO NOT FREEZE, unless you like mushy fish meat

Lemon, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and dill. Either wrap in foil and bake or throw on the grill with some foil down on the grate. Don’t skin, don’t descale, don’t fry.
