where are they illegal to hunt with? and why do they not count towards P&Y? How do they affect the shot? the sole purpose is to see the arrow? in flight.

Johnny they are legal to use in Texas, some states they are illegal.
Games shot with them is disqualified from P&Y becasue the rule is "No electronic or battery-powered devices shall be attached to the arrow."
