Chest and bicep supersets today. 4X8-10 after a little treadmill warmup followed by 3 warmup sets of bicep curls and incline DB chest press.

Decline bench press/BB curl
Incline bench press/incline DB hammer curl/hanging leg raise
Seated wide grip chest press/arm blaster curl/cable rotations
I'll have house guests overnight so I'll probably sleep in tomorrow.
