2020 Workout Accountability thread!!!!!!!!!

    Chest and bicep supersets today. 4X8-10 after a little treadmill warmup followed by 3 warmup sets of bicep curls and incline DB chest press.

    Bench press/preacher curl/incline sit up
    Decline bench press/BB curl
    Incline bench press/incline DB hammer curl/hanging leg raise
    Seated wide grip chest press/arm blaster curl/cable rotations

    I'll have house guests overnight so I'll probably sleep in tomorrow.

        Skipped yesterday but made it today. Shoulders, legs and ab supersets. A little warmup then hit it.

        Leg extension/DB shoulder press/incline situp
        Supersquat/military press/hanging leg raise
        Deadlift/upright row/ab roller
        Prone leg curl/lateral raise

          Back at it again this morning. Chest and back supersets then tried to get some triceps and abs and finally ran out of time. 4X8-10

          Incline bench press/v-bar pull down/incline situp
          Flat bench press/low row/hanging leg raise
          Decline bench press/BB row
          Cable pull down/Overhead rope extension
          Cable pushdown

            The humidity is a killer. Stringing it along and hoping to build to race distance for November. 40 miles on the bike this week, and 10 running.

                5 mile run this morning. Air felt like it weighed a ton, which it does at 90% humidity. But ya know what’s awesome? For the rest of the day I don’t have to worry about going for a run, cuz I got it over with!

                  Coffee then fasted cardio run at home with the dogs
                  20 min on step mill at the gym
                  Flat DB press 5x15 going up each set to finish with 100's
                  Single DB incline press 4x15 going up each set to finish with 100's
                  Seated chest press (machine) 4x10-15
                  Seated pec deck flys 4x10-12
                  Perfect pushups 3x12-15 to failure
                  Decline abs 4x20
                  Decline abs 3x15 with a 25lb plate on my chest

                      A pretty good gym day. Back and leg supersets working it pretty sow trying to hit the eccentric motion. Treadmill/bicycle/abduction machine and then two warmup sets and 3 working sets. 3X10

                      Supersquat/t-bar row/incline situp
                      Prone leg curl/v-bar body weight pullup/ball crunch
                      Bilateral leg press/bent over BB row inverse grip/ab roller

                      Chest and bicep day tomorrow.

                        It was a good morning in the gym! I kicked my own arse this morning. I like nothing better than a good strip set day. Pretty sure I'm gonna be sore after this one. Chest and bicep superset strip sets going to failure with every strip. Treadmill and 3 sets of DB fly/press and DB bicep curls before three working sets.

                        Incline smith machine dropping down a notch every set/preacher curl incline situp
                        Incline bilateral chest press/BB curl
                        Bench press inverse grip/incline BB curl/hanging leg raise
                        Wide grip chest press/overhead cable curl/ab roller

                        Ya'll need to get up and get moving!!!

                                I'm pretty sure I jacked up my left arm yesterday. My elbow, forearm and part of my bicep are killing me. I can't extend my arm all the way and put any weight on it. I can't flex it all the way either s o brushing my teeth, hair, etc. was a chore this morning. I didn't go to the gym either. I put the heating pad on it last night and that felt pretty good. I'll use ice off and on today.

                                Hahaha, this is what happens when you get to feeling good and having a really strong day. I over did the strip sets yesterday I guess. Looks like tomorrow will be leg day then.
