    Clogged Toilet

My kid shoved a bunch of toilet paper down the toilet. Good news is that it was just paper. Bad news is that it won't come out.

I tried two different kinds of plungers, an auger, and soap/hot water. At what point do I pull the toilet?

Any other ideas? I was told not to use Drano.

I'd use Draino and walk away. the paper will eventually decompose, hell it will most likely do it without the Draino.

Draino will cause a leaking toilet where it connects to the actual plumbing in your foundation. They use some type of grease to make it seal due to the fact there isnt an actual coupling there.

I'd get a Rigid toilet auger from Home Depot. Has the pad to protect porcelain.
That's what I keep handy when plunger don't work.

try a leaf blower. with someone videoing of course.

I bet if it's just paper it will flush on down after a while. just keep the water as full as you can to keep head pressure on it.

One of these bad boys should take care of toilet paper.

Use the auger. Also, let it sit for awhile and normally the toilet paper will break down. If you let it sit for a while and the water level drops you can try flushing again. BUT FIRST take the lid off of the tank. When you flush it if the plug does not move, quickly reach inside tank and push the flapper down before your toilet overflows. If neither that or the auger works then pull the toilet.

I had one like that once
I got on the roof and took a deep breath and blew into the vent line. It took about 3-4 times and you could hear it release and pull air

Now is a good time to sit your kid down and teach him about the courtesy flush.
