Spray Foam - 12X30 Lofted Barn

I just purchased a lofted barn for our place. Trying to decide to go with regular insulation or spray insulation. If anyone does this, how much would it cost for a 12x30 lofted barn. Ceiling, exterior walls. Our place is about 45 minutes south of San Antonio.

I got quoted $1.25 per wall sqft for open cell
I didn't even bother with closed cell that would be more expensive but closed cell is also structural

I was just quoted $6300 for closed cell for my 40x60x14 metal building with a 3:12 roof pitch..

Georgetown area you can get it done for about $1.10 psf for roof and $1 for walls

Cost me $4000 for closed cell on a 30x40x14 a few months ago.

I have looked at the kits. $700 but can’t determine how much that would cover.
Says 600 sqft and 1” thick.

I did exactly what you did for probably less than 750.00, I’ve got a 14x34 this is it finished out.
