    5' 9" - 272 pounds Jan 1, weighed this morning.......... ............... 247 !!!!! (oh and still 5' 9")

      Awesome work, man! I too am 5'9", and between December 2012 and April 2013 I dropped from 225-230 down to 200 even thanks to bow hunting out at Granger.

      In the 2013 calendar year I clocked in excess of 100 miles on foot out at Granger, and in 2014 I'm pushing around 50 miles on foot already. Bow hunting is my exercise!

      I've been holding steady at the 200 (200.5-201.5) mark for over a year now, and I'm trying to bust into the 190's, but they're being stubborn....or maybe it's just that I like beer and cooking so much!

      Keep it up man, you'll reach your goal weight in no time!

                Jan 1st 6' 2" 245lbs....this morning after my 3 mile run 208lbs!!! My goal weight is 200lbs but I think I will try for 190lbs.

                      Lean protein shake for breakfast, fruit for lunch and then whatever I want to cook for dinner. I have cut out all fast foods and sodas. I still drink beer on weekends. I also run 2 - 3 miles a day 6 days a week.

                          Mostly low carb and walking for me. I am going to start hitting the weights again soon. I miss beer !
