I bought their premium package at $9.99 a year. Works for me most of the time. I do have to go to use the small pic download setting.

Every time I have sent them a "contact us" message, they reply that "after researching, TBH needs to update some firmware/software." Probably a selling point for Tapatalk.

I use Chrome. Never have ueed the app. Just have to crop and/or resize pics to 2kb or less and no problem.

Tapatalk is CRAP!!! That’s what I send them everytime I get the error, I just reply to their email, THIS APP SUCKS!!!
