                      Got all the parts cut for the sponsons. Just gotta glue-em together. Then glue them on (with my welder).

                          Unless you really need the sponsons, I wouldn't put 'em on!! Mine has 'em along with a pretty big tunnel... maneuverability in reverse is next to zero!!

                            I like the boxes and trolling motor bracket. I may be looking at tin boat in the next day or so. I think its gonna need a bracket like that
