Interesting old trad bow

Took possession of this this weekend cleaning out an old house off a piece of property I had hunt privileges on. Property sold so no more hunting. Anyway it’s a Seefab Tiger steel bow. From the 30’s. Never seen one.

Im curious if that is a curved longbow or long recurve.
When you say steel…is that a type of wood? Them limbs aint steel steel.

Look at the limb tips. You can see that it is some type of metal from the chipped paint on the edges. Interesting bow design that is for sure.

Very cool old bow. And very nice condition, still showing the “wood grain” pattern on the metal limbs.
