Which lens for a beginner?

***update*** been shooting with my T3I. A Couple months ago I picked up the 50MM f1.8. And today I picked up 70-200 f2.8. Going to dump a couple guns and stands and pick up the canon mark5 pretty soon. Still learning but buying quality gear has made it more enjoyable. Thanks for the input green screen. Hopefully soon I’m be posting quality photos too

Looking forward to your shots as well. That 70-200 2.8 on a crop body is probably the perfect bow distance deer stand lens.
