It's called a "Conquer wall mount bike repair stand".
Somebody else asked me about it a couple of weeks ago. I looked for and found it then, but it showed "out of stock/ no longer available". I can't seem to find it at all right now.

Well crud. Ok thanks for the name I’ll look around. With the bench I’m building, I sure like the removability of that one.

Looks like the Hey Mikey's item has been discontinued. Thinking about rolling with this one. Can;t find one that is removeable like the OP but I can at least fold this one out of the way mounting it sideways..
