I have been using Farm Logs for about 5 yrs now. It can be very accurate and be off sometimes. What I have found is that I might actually get 1.4" at my house rain gauge then a mile away only get .40" in another gauge. Farm logs will show a rain fall total in-between the 2 amounts. I go into my account and use the daily rainfall totals which shows more accuracy. You have to take into account that it gives rainfall totals daily to your email account at the same time. So it might not include all the rain for that 24 hour period. Seems to take a couple of days to get the totals correct sometimes. Overall it is pretty accurate. It measures every rainfall amount on the place so it might show a .07" rainfall amount that is not really a true measurable amount-.10".

My place got 9 inches of rain one day and Farm Logs told me I got 0.71 inches. Makes me wonder how accurate it is.
