What kind of LEO..............................

Drives a dark green (not GW green, may have some metallic in it) truck with a yellowish green markings?

Seen it twice in Lindale (Smith County), once with lights and sirens. Other time just going down the road

First thought was maybe Border Patrol, but they are mostly white with green stripes. Maybe one of the Smith County Constables vehicles. They have several different patterns.
