Bryan/College Station Cheap Storage?

So I just bought a new jon boat and am trying to find a storage place in the Bryan/College Station area that isn't going to cost an arm and a leg to keep it at. Another issue I'm seeing is that a lot of places require the vehicle to be insured which I have no intentions of insuring a jon boat. Anyone have anywhere in mind? I can't keep it at my place as a live in a townhome.

They're all expensive from what I've seen. I have a couple options for places you are welcome to use. Empty lots but you'll need to make your own call on security. Send me a PM.

There is a storage lot at wellborn rd and 159. Idk the name or contact info but I bet it’s a good candidate. Mom n pop lookin spot.

Call Steve at Bryan Marine. He owns a boat storage place at FM 60/Hwy 47. It’s nothing fancy, but definitely the cheapest in town.
