    Pork Brisket?

Was just at HEB and saw that they had pork brisket. Anyone ever cook one? I imagine smoking would be just like any other piece of pork.

Never heard of it till now...here's a link if your interested
I'f you've never had pork brisket you're missing out because its relatively inexpensive and extremely easy to cook on the pellet grill or smoker.

Figure any 4 legged critter has a brisket but never thought about eating any kind of brisket except beef

            Might be something to try

Like a pork butt or a beef brisket. Bet it comes out good.

Based on Texas monthly's article I will stick with butts, loins, belly's and the tenderloins.

I saw that article but the ones at HEB were elongated. Almost like a tenderloin. Said it had bones. I should have taken a picture. I might pick on up and give it a try. Pretty cheap. Under $2 a pound.
