    Pellet Smoker Chili

    A while back there was a thread about Chili and Chew posted up either a go to recipe or one he uses but it looked so good I saved the video. Its a Malcolm Reid recipe and this last wk I thought what a better time to pull that out and try it. Took some pics along the way and it looks awesome but for now its on the smoker for the last 3 or so hours.

    Looks Bueno.

    I used sausage and cubed meat as well. Looking good with the smoked addition.

          Holy smokes, just pulled it from the smoker after another 4 hours of 275 degrees and the spices doing its thing. Some really good chili.
