I have killed some real good pigs over the years. I think this might be the biggest I’ve personally had on camera. That grass is around knee high for perspective.

Those would be some of the best ribs you ever ate. Big pigs are easy to load in a truck. I just take a tow strap and drag mine up a small hill with my truck or ATV and then back my truck up to the hill so my tailgate is at about ground level and push/drag them in. If I don't have a hill, I just find a small ditch or depression I can put my back tires in so the tail gait is low to the ground. If you pre scout these spots close to your stands, you will know where they are so you know the closest spot to drag them to so you can load them. Of course if you can't get any vehicle to him, he's going to be extremely hard to drag any distance for two people. You can forget about dragging him by hand anywhere if your by yourself. Even though that pig is very close to the camera, he is very big and I wouldn't be surprised if he is well over 300. Even if you don't want to eat him, I would still load him up so you can get a weight on him. Good luck, I hope you get him.
