Savage 755a 12g semi auto shotgun help

got an old savage 755A 12G .. it has a feeding issue ... load one in the chamber and 2 in the tube , fire , it eject the spent hull , loads the next one , but drops the third on the ground ... every time!

Anybody know what's wrong with it and how to fix it ?

Not familiar with that model but most of the time that's an issue with the cartridge stop at the mouth of the magazine tube or the interrupter. Check that the tube is tight then look for broken parts.
