How do you clean your guns

There’s tons of cleaning solvent on the market, anybody have a go to and why?

i dont unless i have too!!! after 30 years of cleaning, seems all the marketed stuff works.
plain ole LPS1 sprayed on a rag works as good as anything out there

Hoppes and whatever oil I have handy. It's not rocket surgery.

Hopes #9 on a bore snake and rustepruf on the outside. Trick is to never let the bore get very fouled.

                Brake cleaner or hoppes #9.

                It’s cheap and it works.

Hoppes #9 and RemOil on the outside are what I use. I don't clean mine unless accuracy is suffering. I probably only clean guns once a year. My guns that get used a lot just get dirty again anyways so I shoot until I can see a difference in accuracy.

Drop them off at my local firearms dealer and have them do a thorough cleaning.

Other than that I keep them wiped down and oiled with RemOil.

I'm a big fan of MPro7 and Wipe Out foam bore cleaner if running any real quantities of dirty ammo. Reason being, to me MPro7 just seems to stay "wet" looking forever.

What are you trying to clean? Is the bore carbon or copper fouled excessively?
