    Utah is amazing

Just made a trip to Kanab and made Zion, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, etc.....didnt make it up to Arches but man was it amazing place.....

It was hot but worth the trip.....

Came back through Las Vegas and while playing poker in the Golden Nugget, had to dive under the tables as some idiot started firing a gun inside the casino, then a mass fight broke out when someone started stealing poker chips.....

Freemont Street is a shady place...better have your head on a swivel down there

Yeah it definitely is, awesome place to wonder around.
See any of the underground lakes around Kanab, or any of the amazing mule deer bucks, that casually stroll around in the evening?
How about a ho made pie on the way out of town?
Glad you had a blast, for sure it's something to see at least once in your life.

Did you hike Angels Landing in Zion?

Rented two Pontoon boats at lake powell and every boat ramp is closed now....went to Antelope marina and took the shuttle service 3 hours to get our 32 person group down there with the 200 or more $5 million house boats still on the lake.....but Lake Powell is huge so we still had a great time after we got rolling and they cut out fee in half but made up for it in fuel at $9 gallon......
          Saw the mule deer.....awesome

I took a pic of the huge boat ramp near Antelope Marina and it was at least 60 feet below the end of the ramp........CRAZZY

Did not do Angels landing...wanted to try it but you need a day permit and couldn't get one...not sure I would have made it though...that looks sketchy

That would require too many brain cells, but that's exactly how the sign reads
I'll try and find the pic.

Man. If you enjoyed that you should have went to Moab- The Arches are OK but the real deal is the Canyonlands. We spent 10 days in the area last year. The colors are amazing

I am planning a Utah Arches/Zion/Canyonlands/Bryce Canyon trip when my son gets a little older. Probably fly in to Vegas and out from Salt Lake City with a couple of fishing days mixed in.

Over the past weekend on my drive to Seattle we went from Eastland to Snowville through Utah. That was the first time I had been in much of that area of the state, wow talk about all the gorgeous sandstone. If I ever have time one day I want to go back and see all those places and actually enjoy them other than staring at them through the windshield.

Hahaha... I did 7/8 of it, it wasn't necessarily the heights I was scared of, it was the masses of people along the heights that terrified me. I've never been so happy to be on flat ground.
