            Peyton's is by far the best commercial I've tried....it's more commonly found in west Texas but I've seen it at some HEB stores in Austin area.

              Peyton’s. Great flavor, and MUCH less grease. I’ve converted a lot of people over to it, and was originally converted by an old Mexican foreman that was raised south of the border.

                      It will depend on if your looking for Spanish or Mexican chorizo.

                      For Mexican chorizo Payton seems to be very popular.
