You can buy a new keyboard online. I've replaced a few on my laptop when keys have fallen off or whatever. They're relatively cheap. Just Google the model number and keyboard and you sound be able to find something, then you can find a YouTube video on how to change it. It's super easy.

What about just getting a wireless keyboard?

Sort of defeats the purpose of a all-in-one laptop if you have to lug around a wireless keyboard as well.
But then again, if it's only used at a desk, and never sees an actual lap, then that could be a valid option.

You might need to just make sure the ribbon strip for the keyboard is pushed all the way in. I just fixed my buddy's toshiba and the ribbon strip came out a little. Unlocked the clip, pushed it all the way in, locked the clip. Done.

Do they not work at all? Or do you get characters, just not the ones that you want to see? If that's the case, check to make sure that the "Function" key hasn't been toggled. I remember that happening with a Toshiba that I had years ago.

Looks like your function (Fn) key is stuck.

I was trying to be humorous, selecting words without z, x, c, or v.

Take an air compressor or canned air and blow out the crap under the keys.
If that doesn't work, pop off the FN key and/or the Z key and clean out the crumbs/dirt.
