I cleared out the east fence line, just south of the NE corner, to give easy access to the bottom and first stand location.

I got a few lanes cleared for the first fixed stand location in the bottom. The small cut trail leading to the back door will offer an easy approach and exit! Where this particular stand will be located is just east of a duck marsh that can be faintly seen at the end of the far right lane from where the stand will sit! With a huge stand of a variety of hardwoods, this location should be perfect when the acorns begin to fall

With the proposed construction site mowed and cleared, it was time to begin the entrances. There is one main entrance that will bring everyone into camp and then another off of the northeast corner that will allow heavy/long loads to come in unimpeded. Options are always good More to come!

Thank you sir! As long as materials remain available it shouldn’t take that much longer

Isn’t it funny no matter how many problems pop up that you smack in the head way ahead of time, when it comes to getting the dang thing closed, there is always something that jumps up and trips u up.

Real estate transactions just hit different. They’re usually a total bear to get across the finish line

There is 100% truth in that! Just when you think things are on schedule "Murphy" rears his ugly head and throws a grenade down your smokestack

The barn raising has commenced! Should have it wrapped up here in the next day or so and ready for concrete

The future owner is an Antler Shed fan so I have 3 on the ground and one in position in the NE portion of the property not far from the duck marsh! A couple of feeders will be next on the list! Thinking that maybe a couple of Texas Trophy Hunter 650's will finish out the box stand sets nicely! Tree stand sets are on him

Along with continuing work on the shop I also dozed a road today that gives the owner access to a nice swimming hole down on the creek. The pics do not depict the normal water level as it is very dry! Looking to have the shop ready for concrete by COB on Friday and then on to the next task!
