Angry Unbelievable!

Its never gonna stop! Even though we all breath the same air, minorities breath more polluted air that the white man caused. Anyone else read this article?

Skimmed through it yesterday on breitbart. Hilarious! I find it quite entertaining, watching the left gnash their teeth and spin in circles.

There is only one way out - an inventory of emissions from all sources at all enterprises, to establish minimum-maximum permissible emission standards, to take heavy fines for exceeding emission standards and introducing new environmentally-friendly technologies.

I'm failing to see the shock and horror at the article? Even without the research...is it too much of a leap to conclude that non-whites live in more poverty stricken areas, in areas of less desirable housing (next to power plants etc) than whites?

Here's something anecdotal. Within the private security sector I escorted some independent environmentalists contracted to Exxon, Shell, Worley Parsons etc in southern Iraq. As part of their investigation they found that the rates of cancer diagnosis and deaths of local Iraqi Police, Military and local villagers had skyrocketed over the years since the invasion in 2003 (when US, UK and Australian firms proceeded to massively increase oil production).

So people who were wealthy- not living in the areas of the oilfields were not dying of cancer and crap, and the villagers living in mud huts and tin roofs/military/iraqi police based in the area were.

Not sure what is hard to believe about this?

Even driving around this state, are you seriously going to think that poor people are not living in ****ty polluted areas? And when you look at the percentage of poor people being non-white? Do you deal in facts at all or only when convenient for you?

More division of the races, seems to be working real well. Not for sure what the final tally will be though!!!!!!! I feel certain that not all white people were able to live in high standard areas. But I hear that Mexico is a real high class and clean country that really cares about its citizens.

This is already done in industries that make the products you use every day. More stringent regulations on emissions to businesses than the private sector. Even to the point of reporting how all batteries and light bulbs are disposed of.

Wait......I see where you show you're from. Breathe your smog from all the cars on the road in LA. You stop using everything that causes any pollution and we will follow.

Actually the cancer rate is higher in the outlying areas , because it takes awhile for the pollutants to drift down to ground level where they are breathable.
The chemical and petroleum energy companies had a study done on this years ago but it was detrimental to them so it was never released until here recently.

No one here needs an article to explain to them thatís itís better to breathe clean air vs polluted air. We have an issue with the article making it a race issue. We are tired of everything in life being about skin color.

Wouldn't this be true for every country on earth that has more of one race than other races? In South Africa blacks create most of the pollution just due to the fact that there are more of them than whites. So whites would be in the same boat there as blacks here. Correct??

Roll your eyes all ya want, look at the facts- is it white people living in the poverty stricken areas with the pollution or is it an overwhelming number of non-whites? like i said, i dont give a **** who is breathing something toxic as long as it isnt me or my family.... but it doesnt take a genius know when i drive to certain crap parts of town that the majority happen to have a year round tan!

Well no, statistically speaking in south africa the largest businesses are still ran and directed by the wealthy whites...obviously industrial waste always results in a massive amount of pollution compared with people living their day to day lives.

im talking about large mining projects not a few poops in the streets and some empty coke cans from the townships. (i worked on a few mines around africa also)

Pretty sure the study didn't factor in that the blacks breath in more air running from the cops and the refried bean factor can't be eliminated from the mexican study.

Anyone that doesn't like that I'm breathing should stay away from me. Chances are I'd rather not breathe the same air as you either.

If they're gonna turn this into a race thing that's ok too. Two can play that game. Stay out of my air space because I'd rather not breathe in your marijuana deodorant you got going on or the Enchilada flavored fart smell coming from your butt.

Anything that feeds the victim mentality will be received with open arms. It’s how they control their low income base. Convince them everything is Somebody else’s fault taking responsibility away from them in their minds but never actually helping them do anything to change their situation. A whole generation basically gone to hell in a hand basket. Really sad how they have been brainwashed and used by the left.

There is such a thing as “environmental justice”, and there is a real scientifically based issue of poorer neighborhoods being exposed to higher pollution than “rich” neighborhoods. It’s a real issue, based on air monitoring data. It’s not liberal vs conservative, it’s science.

All that said, the article is complete horse****.

Don't the people living in the low income neighborhoods have the same job opportunities as the people living in the better neighborhoods? Maybe the people that don't like living in the lower hoods should look at getting better jobs to move to a different area. Isn't that hard to figure out. It does take alittle try to better your own situation but some folks would rather just complain about it and blame someone else. Doesn't matter the color of the person it's a mindset and how people are raised.

I believe it. The whites are the ones with JOBS and therefore create more pollution while the minorities live in more polluted areas, by choosing, because they don't have JOBS and tend to live off of entitlements from the government. Get off your LAZY coola and get a JOB then you can move out of the slums where the pollution is worse.

Actually if you want to go by the numbers there are way more whites that live in poverty than any other race. On a percentage basis the other races are higher but on total numbers it is overwhelming white non Hispanics living in poverty.

Didn’t read much past the first paragraph, but I will say that I’d be incredibly shocked if white people produced less pollution than other races. Based on vehicles alone, white people rarely carpool. All the Hispanics on my projects share projects. Usually 3-4 per vehicle. Black people ride together quite a bite more as well from what I’ve seen.

As far as inhaling pollution. White people tend to live in the less populated areas and put away from the industrial areas of town. Other races, not so much.

Scientifically, there’s probably something to this. However, I don’t agree that it’s some kind of social injustice. Everyone has the ability to work and move wherever they like. Don’t ever blame someone else for your own situation.

Dont buy the hype. “Racism” exists prevelantly today because it sells and some of you are eager to buy. Stop the cycle. Turn it off. Its all a show none of its real. This was made by elite whites and minorities to make working class whites and minorities hate eachother so the powers that be can continue pillaging the coffers while you are distracted with some stupid bull ****.

Whites like living in suburbs. Other tend to love the inner city.
I'm sure white river oaks people suck a fair amount of pollution as well

Unfortunately there will always be race baiters trying to justify their own existence and stir the pot.

Fortunately most levelheaded minorities see this type of shine Ola for exactly what it is which is BS. Itís the radicalized people looking for a reason to hate that dive into it.
