Believe me oily foods really feel like healthy when cooked in Air fryers. I bought recently and am fond of crispy fries!!!!

HEB rotisserie chicken shredded, shredded cheese, drained rotel, sour cream mix enough in to hold all ingredients together. Put in HEB tortilleria corn tortillas rolled up and air fry. Best flautas you’ve ever had and not greasy.

Yesterday I took some venison that was marinated in Balsamic Vinaigrette and pan fried a couple days ago. Reheated it in the air fryer for fajitas and came out moist and tender.

Chicken wings like stated above are my favorite. Actually seasoned some chicken cutlets with Tony's, Garlic Powder, Lemon Pepper and a little buffalo last night and it came out great.
I like those HEB mini sliders with the cheese and jalapeno in there as well. |

Bacon 400 degrees for 10 minutes, perfect crispiness. Chicken wings are great also. They work great for reheating fried foods to the original texture after being in the fridge.

I have made biscuits, cinnamon rolls, bacon, chicken wings, sausage, boudin, fish, poppers, and much more. My Fiancé loves to make apple crisp in the air fryer as well. You can cook all kinds of things in it.

Makes a perfect blackened salmon
rub skinless filets with olive oil season as you desire 390 for 20 minutes Cooks some fine crappy as well. Wife and I are addicted to air fryer now as empty nesters living in condos after downsizing from a life of big homes.

When I bought mine, I bought a few cookbooks off of Amazon that were in expensive. Give me an idea of what types of food you are looking for and I will check in my books.
