Default Send some prayers up for the wife and I

I came home Friday afternoon congested really bad. Figured it was all the dust that was on the job site I was on Friday. Sunday I wasn’t feeling much better but not running fever that morning. By late afternoon the wife was running fever, headache and vomiting. That night I started running fever. We both called in and went and got tested this morning. We both came up positive!! Looks like we are at home for the next 10 days.

We will get over this if we don’t kill each other first!!! LOL

If you haven't already, have your doc refer you to get the monoclonal antibodies infusion. That treatment is designed to nip it in the bud before it gets bad. You only have 10 days from start of symptoms so don't wait. Prayers up buddy.

My wife and I just recently got over it. I wish you luck. We both took zinc, vitamin D, and quercitin. I also took ivermectin and she took hydroxychloroquine. It took 10 days, but we both got past it. Although, I still felt lightheaded and had a mild cough for another two weeks after I tested negative. I can't tell you which of the things we took that helped moderate our symptoms, but I think we had a mostly mild symptoms. Only about 3 days where it was pretty bad. The rest of the time it was mostly just feeling tired and mild symptoms. I will be praying that you and your wife get through this quickly with mild symptoms.

If you think you’re not feeling right get to the hospital. My wife has been in one since a week ago last Thursday, thought I was going to lose her for a few days. Get yourself a blood oxygen reader that clips on your finger, if it gets below ninety get to the ER.

My friend and his wife, both in their 80's got it Friday. Got the infusion in the Woodlands Saturday. They were feeling much better yesterday evening. I can get a contact from them if you need it. It was a walk in clinic in the Woodlands is all I know. It worked for them.

In Beaumont I have a primary care physician but I got the infusion without him. I just called the center and asked if I needed my doctor’s referral and they said no I do not. So I scheduled it with the same phone call.

Chris, see if your doctor will write you a script for the infusion. Then call UT Health in Tyler and see if they have it available

Hope y'all both kick it quick

We are still doing good. Wife’s fever is basically gone, mine is kicking me in the backside. My sleeping has gone to crap with not being able to get comfortable. Nausea is still giving me trouble. Only good think coming out of this is me losing weight like I need to. Still waiting on a call back from the doctor about the infusion.
