It's an attempt to flush out all of the covid, vaccine, biden, afganistan, this sucks, I hate this....threads. They are tiresome, depressing, and redundant.

Because most of the current posts are lame? Who knows. I posted an actual deer post earlier and it has only gotten 15 replies. Maybe I should of posted it in game mgmt section lol.

Some folks got enough of the "give me legal advice, what should I buy, covid, politics, I wanna argue with you" negative threads from the same handful of clowns and asked other folks to revive threads with actual hunting content on what started as a bowhunting forum. A novel idea. Even Chew can only take so much internet BS before he cracks

It can be kind of entertaining actually. It's funny when some people post to those threads without a clue as to how old the OPs original post is dated. Also, sometimes there is an update posted to the old situation or story originally given.

Like Dale said, it does get old, tiresome, & depressing without a doubt!
BUT.., we are losing our country, and in the middle of the greatest crisis this country has ever seen.
Yeah we've had some bad wars, lost 100s of thousands of lives, but America has always had leadership, this right here is a whole nother animal.
IMO what else is worth talking about, because none of it is gonna matter here before long.
Before too long it will be front and center in everyone's life and all anyone is talking about.
You're only going to be able to deny or ignore it for so long.

If there's anything interesting to discuss then new threads will pop up about it on discussion forums. The fact that we have to bump old threads trying to get rid of what's on top simply means people wanna discuss the stuff that's being talked about. Bumping old threads just means there's nothing new to talk about. Once season starts we'll be distracted with hunting posts.

Itís pretty dang tiresome to see 30 threads on the same thing. And in those threads are the same people making the same comments and arguing about the same thing over and over. Chewís initiative has been a nice change.

Yes, and the same 3 or 4 that continue to tell us to make our own choices about the vaccine, and they will make their own...yet they continue ad nauseam to try to convince us why we are fools and they are so smart. I am sick of it.

If any body says any thing bad about Chew, it's automatically not true as far as I'm concerned. Some just don't realize what a fine man he is. (His sense of humor is twisted though)

In 2010 my FiL needed to go to MDA for treatment and would need to stay for several days and my wife was taking him and staying with him. I asked on here where would be the bet place to stay to keep away from all the riffraff as I was worried about her. Chew texted me his personal number and said she could call 24/7 if she needed any thing. He gave suggestions for hotel, food and where not to go. He doesn't even know me and did this for me and he texted it so nobody else knew either. In my book, he's a hell of a fine man.

Heís probably done that 50 more times that no one knows about, aside from his day job of the last 30ish years, in which heís been dealing with the scum of the earth, on our behalf.
