I have seen three fawns in Kimble County.

I also saw two "Kids" with a huge Aoudad Ewe.

Burnet county here,20does,7fawns,plenty to eat,scattered rain in august! Good yr after the freeze.Was real concerned cause I couldnt get out for a week and my feeders were empty,all the water froze up and it was zero for a couple of nights.

tons of fawns around our area and lots of growth due to the rains. Deer are fat & healthy...this is in Gillespie & Comal county

It has been strange down here in Sandia. We have a yard population of about 12 to 15 does that come daily and most of them were pregnant. I watched and saw some with large udders and not pregnant any more, so figure they had fawns and are just keeping them away from the house and feeders. Finally saw one in the hay pasture the other day, but there should be at least 8 or 10 more... hoping they are just hiding them in all the lush greenery........
