Cosmi may be called quickly tonight. I'm guessing in the first 10 picks.

Ossai is a possibility to. 3rd round maybe.

Bama with 5 first round picks in the draft last night off the offense alone. First time ever in the draft. Wow!

I see it year after year, these kids declare for the draft, and go undrafted. I just dont understand it. If you arent a stud on your own team, AND a stud in your conference, you have no business declaring early. Unless you have a grades issue, stay in school and play another year.

Every single player we had that declared, should have stayed another year. Is coaching part of the problem with these guys not staying or is staying to help your team win at the college level just not that important to these guys anymore?

I agree with you. I think some of the problem is some of the agents
give the young men a false hope to get them to sign with them.
The agents should have to be held to a high standard and not sign
them up and ruin their chance of playing one more year. I don't think a lot of them care what happens when they don't get drafted. Just sorry it didn't
work out. On to the next one

All I can figure is. A. Horrible advice from an agent. B. Real bad situation at home financially. C. Failing school. D. Seeing the younger guys coming up and knowing they are going to get passed on the depth chart.

If I was a kid, I'd want to redshirt my freshman year, play at least 3, and evaluate. Heck bama has guys sit on the bench until their junior year, play one season and get drafted high it seems like, which is a good route too.

I think in Texasí case, a lot of kids were sick of Hermanís **** and declared early before Herman was fired and Sark got here. Eagles and Chris Brown come to mind. They opted out before the bowl game. That, bad advice and their own **** poor self evaluation got them where they are today. Seems Herman sent a lot of folks to declare early the last 3-4 years.

On edit safety Chris Brown, didnít leave early but he did have another year of eligibility due to Covid.... but still.

I do not pay much attention t the draft. Looks like Aggies had five more go undrafted but sighing with teams. We will see if they make it. Not sure of any others that declared for the draft but did not get picked up.

I’m just excited that we had the #4 team and only lost a third round pick and three fourth round picks. We should be setup with talent to contend for years, with leal / green as first rounders next year and wydermyer making a case for best TE in draft and first round take.

hate to see this. Former Bears defensive lineman Steve "Mongo" McMichael has been diagnosed with ALS, the ailment also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.

According to WGN, McMichael, 63, was first diagnosed in January at the Mayo Clinic. A second opinion was given at Rush Hospital confirming McMichael had ALS.

LSU had 21 players drafted in the last 2 years. The most in college football.

Seems like some conferences have a lot more talent than others (according to the NFL) but all conferences are equal (according to TBH)

UDFA's have a better chance of making the squad than 6-7 rounders usually.

2001 Hurricanes had 38 total drafted, 95 huskers had 27 make an nfl team but not sure on drafted vs free agent signing.

But LSU still has guys playing that were on that 2019 team so numbers could get closer to the 38 with Miami when itís all said and done.

Still in shock with the news. Last week I attended funerals of two friends in their 30s and now Jake. Life is precious. Live life today.

I was at Texas when we lost Cole Pittman and this brings back all of those memories. The Texas football family will wrap their arms around the Ehlinger family like they did the Pittman family years ago.

Rest In Peace #48
