    Favorite books/audio books?

What are some of y'all's favorite books? Lately I've been listening to audio books written by Jim Corbett about his adventures chasing man eating tigers and leopards in India back in the 1900's. I've listened to a few already but I normally fall asleep and have to start them over where I left off but eventually I'll listen to them all.

What a life Jim Corbett lived. Pretty exciting stuff.

This is up near the top of my all-time list. I loved this book!

On the audiobook side, I've been listening to thriller type novels a lot recently. I've done books 1-5 of the Terminal List series, and I'm currently on book 3 of the Scot Harvath series by Brad Thor. Both are great.

If you like the The Man-Eaters of Tsavo you should listen to The Man-Eating Leopard of Rudraprayag. It's about Jim Corbett's time trying to kill a leopard that was credited with killing over 400 people in 8 years.

Was ranch manager of a ranch across the river from adobe walls. Billy mentions a few places like chicken creek meeting the Canadian river which was on the ranch I was on. I was able to go to the spots he mentions in the book thought it was cool to sit there and think back to his time there.

I'm not a fan of audio books but last week I listened to two by Steve Rinella they are stories about hunting adventures/mishaps, they were worth the listen
I will be reading his book about the American bison here soon

I'm currently reading "The ruthless elimination of hurry" by John Mark Comer.

It's a great read so far.

I'm a big fan of Jim Corbett. Have a few of his books in early editions. Please tell me the guy reading these has an accent. I can't imagine hearing those read from an American.

Definitely has an accent some some kind. I can't exactly pinpoint it but he's for sure not from America. Does a good job reading those stories.

Tales of Texas by David Todd Cassette Tapes

Not an audio book, but cassette tapes with funny hunting stories for sale on Ebay for $5, plus about $10 in shipping and tax. Great to play to your kids at bedtime. You'll need a cassette player.
