    Water under feeder

Had to take action today. Didn't want to start the season with all the water there covering up the corn.

    This morning

    After a little work.

What else have yall done to keep the little tanks from forming?

Water wouldn't matter to the deer. They just go right in and get it underwater. Now the ditch you cut might scare them off.

Feeder throws most corn out and away from that low area, right?

Pretty sure you’d have been good leaving it alone.

You got 6 legs on that feeder?

            Good luck this season.

We had the same problem with multiple feeders. We actually put 30 bags of concrete underneath one feeder. We did not break up the concrete we just set the bags under there in that water suck it all out. It worked awesome

I mean, they are standing IN the water in your pic so they can't be that worried about it.....

Sacks of concrete. Takes a little work but nice when it’s done.

While I appreciate your drive, I'm not so sure I would have boogered up my feed pen area before opening day. I'd have let them bob for corn and move it Sunday for the next trip. Good luck to you either way...

Every one of my feeders has a concrete pad under it. Stopped fighting the mud hole issue years ago.

How long has that one feeder been spraddled out like that?

I would figure it would not last long like that

Water is no issue for them

Oh hell I didn't even notice the ditch. I thought you moved the feeders. Hell that'll work. Disregard above....well other than stinking up the pen...
