My thing is I’m not tight with my money, and I don’t mind spending some to get professionally processed meat that’s going to be better and more convenient that what I can make. But there’s no way in heck I’d spend the price of an east Texas lease to get one deer processed, which is about what this guy runs if you want anything fancier than ground burger.
