Neighbors deer killer fence

Neighbor just put a 5' fence and it's already taken out two deer last night. I'm guessing they were being chased by yotes and both snapped their necks. The guy feels really bad, but for those two there will be four more next year.

I have had 30 deer killed by cars near my house in less than a year. 8 of them were 8 pointers that I know of. Seems like a lot to me.

It’s normal with any new fence. If you want to prevent or reduce it increase the spacing from the top two strands. Deer catch their toes in the two and twist them up . Once they learn it’s there and get the height down the deaths will be reduced

Lol. Yeah, but wondering if its a welded wire, barbed wire stands, or maybe motion sensor machine gun turrets.( I realize they were strangled)

But really wondering if its barbed wire, maybe they can take the top strand off or something. To stop the senseless slaughtering of deer.

Well it’s thinning out the stupid ones ! They need to learn to jump dang it ! On another note there will plenty of meat for jerky !
